What it means to be a Next Gen Athlete

Being a Next Gen Athlete means more than having talent. It’s about showing up every day with heart, competing when the game is on the line, and having the grit and determination to keep pushing when things get difficult. It’s about the work nobody sees, the sacrifices made along the way, and the willingness to do whatever it takes to become better. A Next Gen Athlete doesn’t back down from adversity—they embrace it, learn from it, and come back stronger. They compete for their teammates, take pride in representing their game, and understand that success isn’t given—it’s earned. This is the next generation of hockey.
